Juneau police, fire officials and state troopers reported:

Driving while intoxicated:

Sandra Harriet Perry-Provost, 47, was arrested at 1:43 p.m. Monday near Cordova Street for drunken driving. She was lodged at the Lemon Creek Correction Center.


A woman reported at 10:53 a.m. Monday near Glacier Highway and Lemon Creek that Christmas gift items and her husband's pain medication were stolen from her unlocked vehicle in the Fred Meyer parking lot. The items stolen were valued at $300.

A woman reported at 3:54 p.m. Monday near Industrial Boulevard that 150 gallons of oil were siphoned out of her fuel tank.

A woman reported at 4:08 p.m. Monday near Glacier Highway that her purse was stolen from a bus stop on Sunday afternoon.

Police responded to a report at 9:41 p.m. Monday near Kilowich Drive that a two-foot-tall, lighted candle and Christmas tree were stolen from a front yard.

Animal encounters:

A bear was reported at 4:42 p.m. Monday near Glacier Highway in Lemon Creek. The bear was behind some trailers and was not being aggressive.

A bear was reported at 5:25 p.m. Monday near Glacier Highway.
