Juneau police, fire officials and state troopers reported:

Driving while intoxicated:

• Chris B. Thomas, 48, was arrested for drunken driving at 8:40 p.m. Tuesday near 17-mile Glacier Highway. The man was arrested after a one-vehicle accident left his Ford Ranger upside down in a ditch near the Lena Beach recreation area. Police said the truck slid on black ice and flipped before landing in the ditch. No one was injured. Thomas, who was located at home, also was charged with driving with a blood alcohol level over 0.08 percent. He was lodged at the Lemon Creek Correctional Center.

• Louie Dulier, 57, was arrested for drunken driving at 12:43 a.m. today near Trout Street. He was lodged at the state prison.


• Police arrested a man, 33, for domestic violence assault at 1:14 a.m. today in the Lemon Creek area. He was lodged at the state prison. Police believe alcohol was a factor.


• Lights valued at $1,000 were reported stolen at 9:59 a.m. Tuesday from a number of vehicles in a secured yard near Mill Street.

Vandalism and criminal mischief:

• A building was reported spray painted and tires were reported slashed at 5:15 a.m. today near Renninger Street.

Vehicle accidents:

• Police cited a man, 41, for driving with a suspended driver's license following a one-vehicle accident at 9:36 a.m. Tuesday near outbound Egan Drive at Sunny Point. He was released. Damage to the 1995 Ford truck was $3,000.


• Police arrested a man, 39, on an outstanding Juneau police warrant at 10:49 a.m. Tuesday near Amalga Street for failure to appear for classes with the Juneau Alcohol Safety Action program. The original charge was drunken driving. The man was lodged at the state prison on $1,175 bail.
