Longtime Juneau resident JoAnn Erickson, 57, died Nov. 19, 2000, at Providence Medical Center in Anchorage.
She was born Oct. 2, 1943, in Washington. She lived in Wrangell before moving to Juneau with her family in the 1970s.
She is survived by her sons Danny, Ronny and Steven Hunter, and a brother and two sisters, all of the Seattle area. She was preceded in death last year by her husband Ken.
She enjoyed meeting her friends at Donna's Restaurant every morning for coffee. She was a member of the Moose Lodge and the Fraternal Order of Eagles.
She worked as a bartender for many years at the Lucky Lady, the Black Angus and Squire's Rest. In recent years she worked at the toll booth at the Juneau Airport.
Services will be held this weekend in Seattle.
