Juneau police, fire officials and state troopers reported:

Driving while intoxicated:

Paul Shangin, 44, was arrested for drunken driving, reckless endangerment and driving with a revoked license about 2:15 p.m. Monday near Willoughby Street. He was taken to the Lemon Creek Correctional Center.

Thefts:

A man, 39, was arrested for theft of services and disorderly conduct about 4 p.m. Monday near Third Street downtown. He was taken to state prison.

Vehicle accidents:

A vehicle driven by a woman, 50, struck a fence about 11:30 a.m. Monday on Riverside Drive. She was cited for reckless driving. The fence had $4,000 damage, and the vehicle had $5,000 damage.

Hit-and-run incidents:

A man, 28, reported about 9 a.m. Monday that his parked pickup on Seward Street was hit by another vehicle, which left the scene.

Other:

A man, 22, was cited for driving with a revoked license about 11:30 a.m. Monday on Yandukin Drive. He was released at the scene.

A boy, 15, was cited about 1:20 a.m. today near Atlin Drive for driving without a license and failure to stop at the direction of a police officer. He was released to his mother. The vehicle was impounded. A 12-year-old female passenger was taken home.
