Juneau police, fire officials and state troopers reported:
Driving while intoxicated:
Richard Barger, 57, was arrested at 11:35 p.m. Tuesday near Glacier Highway for drunken driving. He was lodged at the Lemon Creek Correctional Center.
Assaults:
A man, 53, was arrested at 6:21 p.m. Tuesday in the West Juneau area for domestic violence assault. He was lodged at the state prison.
Thefts:
A woman reported at 3:45 p.m. Tuesday near Birch Lane that a candle decoration was stolen from the front of her garage.
Vandalism and criminal mischief:
Police received a call at 6 p.m. Tuesday near Glendale Street that the driver's side mirror was broken off of a green Ford.
Vehicle accidents:
Police reported a one-vehicle accident at 10:12 p.m. Tuesday near Egan Drive and the scenic viewpoint over the wetlands. The vehicle struck a guard rail due to icy conditions. The vehicle sustained $1,000 in damage and there was no damage to the guard rail. No one was injured and no one was cited.
Other:
Police cited a man, 48, for concealment of merchandise at 9:42 p.m. Tuesday near West Willoughby Avenue. He was released.

Crime Line
Juneau Crime Line Inc. is offering a cash reward of up to $1,000 for information leading to the arrest or indictment of the person or people responsible for stealing an outboard motor near Auke Bay. Police received a call Oct. 16 that an 15 HP Johnson model 15RL78B, serial number E4859464, white outboard motor was stolen from a boat in the Auke Bay area. The motor is valued at $400.
