Juneau police, fire officials and state troopers reported:
Thefts:
A Makita hand sander was reported stolen at 7:45 a.m. Wednesday from an undisclosed location. The sander is valued at $60.
A TV/VCR, valued at $200, was reported stolen at 10:27 a.m. Wednesday from an office near Main Street.
A chrome torque wrench, valued at $300, was reported stolen at 2:11 p.m. Wednesday from a porch on Mendenhall Loop Road.
A backpack, valued at $19, and a lunch box, valued at $10, were reported stolen at 2:11 p.m. Wednesday from an unlocked vehicle near Glacier Highway.
Drugs:
A man, 19, was cited for sixth-degree misconduct involving a controlled substance at 8:29 p.m. Wednesday near Delta Drive. He also was cited for underage drinking and released.
Vandalism and criminal mischief:
A blue Mazda was reported vandalized at 11:11 a.m. Wednesday in a parking lot near North Douglas Highway. Police did not have a damage estimate.
The front window of a Ford Escort was reported broken around 5 a.m. today near Postal Way.
