Weir and George to marry

Heather M. Weir of Juneau and Russell C. George of Juneau will be married in a ceremony at 2 p.m., Jan. 10, 2004, at Northern Light United Church. A reception will follow at 3 p.m. at the Moose Lodge, 8335 Old Dairy Rd.

The bride-elect is the daughter of William R. Weir and Mary Lucille Weir (deceased). She is a graduate of Juneau-Douglas High School and is currently employed as a Customer Service Rep. for First National Bank Alaska.

The groom-elect is the son of Albert E. George (deceased) and Nancy P. George (deceased). He is a graduate of Benson Union High School in Arizona, and is retired from the Juneau Police Department.

The matron of honor will be April Jackson. Bridesmaids will be Rhonda George and Melody Morris, and flower girls will be Sylina Jackson and Clarissa Peratrovich.

The best man will be John Hansen. Groomsmen will be Earl George and Doug George.

The couple will make their home in Juneau.
