Turkey shoot

Juneau Gun Club's November Turkey Shoot included shotgun games of skill and chance, including trap and a game called Annie Oakley. One of the most popular games was the card shoot, where each participant purchased a card with a large X. They took one shot and the person with a hole closest to the center of the X won. A nominal fee was charged for each event, which included ammunition and loaner shotguns if needed.
