Juneau police, fire officials and state troopers reported:
Driving while intoxicated:
Clifford Squartsoff, 42, was arrested for drunken driving at 11:15 p.m. Sunday near outbound Egan Drive and 10th Street. He was additionally charged with reckless endangerment and cited for driving without a valid license. He was lodged at Lemon Creek Correctional Center on $1,000 bail.
A man, 59, was cited at 9:35 a.m. Monday near Juneau-Douglas High School for failing to yield after driving his 2000 Ford Truck into a 1986 Ford Tempo. Both vehicles were totaled and towed from the scene.
A woman, 50, reported at 12:00 p.m. Sunday near Dixon Street that a kayak, worth $200, had been vandalized.
A woman, 37, reported at 2:49 p.m. Sunday that the wall of a playground, near Mendenhall Loop Road, had been vandalized.
At 11:06 p.m. Sunday near Salmon Creek Lane, police responded to a report of a cut window-screen covering. The officer estimated there was $25 in damage.
