Juneau police, fire officials and state troopers reported:

Sound off on the important issues at

Vehicle accidents:

• At 2:19 p.m. Tuesday, a 2002 Chevrolet was reported to have been damaged in an accident with a 1991 Oldsmobile near Second Street and Douglas Highway.

• At 5:25 p.m. Tuesday, a white 2005 GMC was reported to have sustained $3,000 in damage after colliding with a 1992 Ford near Old Dairy Road. The Ford also sustained $3,000 in damage.

Theft:

• At 12:42 p.m. Tuesday, police were notified that $100 in heating fuel had been stolen from a home near Bonnie Doon Drive.

• At 2:12 p.m. Tuesday, a 33-year-old man reported $500 worth of home heating fuel had been stolen from a tank outside his home near Mendenhall Loop Road.

• At 7:28 p.m. Tuesday, a 60-gigabyte white Ipod, worth $400, was reported stolen somewhere in the Juneau area.

• At 10:25 a.m. Wednesday, $610 worth of heating fuel was reported stolen near Tongass Boulevard.
