School hazing policy is not enough

I should congratulate Juneau-Douglas High School and the Juneau School District. They now have a clear record of more severely sanctioning free speech (two week suspension) than student-on-student violence (two days. And, hey, let's fall all over ourselves to make sure none of the alleged perpetrators even misses wrestling at a meet.)
Great work on the no hazing policy.
