"Chronicles of Narnia," (PG) ***

Synopsis: This effect-laden adaptation of C.S. Lewis' book follows the journey of four young people as they step into the wardrobe and end up in Narnia.

"Good Night and Good Luck," (PG) ***

Synopsis: George Clooney stars in and directs the dramatization about Edward R. Murrow and Sen. Joe McCarthy.

"King Kong," (PG-13)

Synopsis: King Kong protects a blond actress, takes on herds of dinosaurs, giant bats and scores of pesky humans in a remake of the classic Beauty and the Beast story.

Synopsis: A 17-year-old boy tries to stop his addiction to thumbsucking only to find himself becoming addicted to other teenage vices.

Synopsis: The hit Broadway rock opera comes to the screen, complete with friends and lovers dealing with addiction and AIDS. Oh, they can't pay rent.

"Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire," (PG-13) ***1/2

Synopsis: The Goblet of Fire picks Harry Potter to compete for the coveted Triwizard Cup - never mind that the rules say Harry is too young to enter.

"Walk the Line," (PG-13) ****

Synopsis: Film tells the story of country music legend Johnny Cash by focusing on his love for June Carter, who later became his second wife.

"Yours, Mine & Ours," (PG) *

Synopsis: This remake of a 1968 film brings together two people and eighteen kids. Funny if you like to see people fall down in unknown fluids, otherwise tired.
