State seeks public comment on Library Archives Museum

The Alaska Department of Education & Early Development, in conjunction with the State Historic Preservation Office, is requesting public comment on historic aspects of the Library Archives Museum project in Juneau.

The public is being asked for input on the significance of the existing State Museum building, concept plans to replace the existing building with a proposed Library Archives Museum, and options for mitigation of adverse effects that include consideration of alternative project site locations.
