Juneau police, fire officials and state troopers reported:
Driving while intoxicated:
Wendy Hecker, 36, was arrested for drunken driving at 11:44 p.m. Saturday near Glacier Highway and Auke Lake. She was lodged at the Lemon Creek Correctional Center.
Assaults:
A woman, 24, was arrested for domestic violence assault at 5:30 a.m. Sunday in the Douglas area. She was lodged at the state prison.
Police cited a man, 43, for assault at 1:27 p.m. Saturday near South Franklin Street. He allegedly kicked the leg of a woman, 30.
Thefts:
A man reported at 4:03 p.m. Saturday from Glacier Highway that his black Nokia cell phone was stolen
Underage drinking:
A boy, 15, and a girl, 16 were cited for underage drinking at 11:44 p.m. Saturday near Hurlock Street. They were released to their parents.
Two girls, aged 15 and 16, were cited for minor consuming at 2:35 a.m. Sunday near Skywood Lane.
Vehicle accidents:
Vehicle accidents due to icy road conditions were reported Saturday at 9:28 a.m. near inbound Egan Drive and the retaining wall, 9:35 a.m. near Back Loop and View Drive, 9:48 a.m. near inbound Egan Drive and the Williams Express intersection, 10:09 a.m. near inbound Egan Drive and the Twin Lakes and at 12:39 p.m. near Behrends Avenue.
An accident involving icy road conditions was reported Sunday at 5:54 a.m. near the inbound Egan Drive at one mile.
Other:
Three girls were issued verbal warnings at 5:18 p.m. Sunday near Foster Avenue after they allegedly threw snowballs at another residence.
