I don't know who Phil Greeney is or where he came from, but I'd like to read more of his excellent writing in the Empire. The My Turn in Sunday's paper was first-class. Please give the man his own column so we can enjoy his views on a regular basis!

Of himself, Greeney writes: After 25 years of coming in and out of Alaska, finally came to Juneau in 1994 and made it stick. With wife Karen opened a bed and breakfast, and ran it until earlier this year. Subscribes to no political party or any other attempt at organization, and, like the beloved Mr. Dooley, seeks only to comfort the afflicted, and afflict the comfortable. - Editor
