Juneau police, fire officials and state troopers reported:
Assaults:
Police arrested a man, 20, for domestic violence assault at 8:32 p.m. Monday in the Mendenhall Valley. He also was charged with interfering with the report of a domestic violence assault and violating the conditions of release. He was lodged at the Lemon Creek Correctional Center.
A man, 22, was arrested for domestic violence assault at 10:04 p.m. Monday in the Lemon Creek area. He was lodged at the state prison. Police believe alcohol was a factor.
Thefts:
An unlocked vehicle was reported rifled at 1:09 p.m. Monday near Basin Road. About $8 in change was reported stolen.
A black leather wallet containing $8 and a set of keys was reported stolen at 9:18 p.m. Monday from Riverside Drive.
Vandalism and criminal mischief:
A vehicle door was reported damaged at 6:27 p.m. Monday near Mendenhall Loop Road. A rock was thrown at the door.
Underage drinking:
Police cited and released a boy, 13, for underage drinking at 9:10 a.m. Monday near Glacier Highway.
Vehicle accidents:
Following a two-vehicle accident at 4 p.m. Monday near Glacier Highway, police cited a woman, 19, for negligent driving. A Toyota truck, driven by the woman, struck a Ford truck driven by a man, 52. The Toyota sustained $2,000 in damage while the Ford sustained $1,000 damage.
Other:
Two men, ages 31 and 33, were arrested at 2:53 a.m. today near Seventh Street for criminal trespass. They were lodged at the state prison. Police believe alcohol was a factor.
