Format and delivery
My hat is off to you and your staff.
I think you all have done a wonderful job with the newspaper's format and new delivery system.
There are many aspects of the new format which I think are great improvements. To name a couple, the layout on page 2 is sharper and more informative. And the weather section is fantastic.
Also, your delivery system is a great improvement. It's not to say the kids didn't do a great job, some did, some didn't do as well. But the new system is much more consistent and responsive. And speaking of responsive, soon after the new system was implemented, I was totally blown away when I came home and found that a free standing newspaper receptacle had been put into place next to my mailbox.
You all should be very proud.
