Juneau police, fire officials and state troopers reported:
About 10:30 a.m. Monday, a woman, 38, reported her lighted, plastic Christmas lawn ornament in the shape of a deer had been stolen from Emily Way.
About 1:45 p.m. Monday, a man, 39, reported his locked vehicle parked at the ferry terminal was entered and a red hydraulic jack in a black case and a Napa car battery were stolen.
Vandalism and criminal mischief:
About 7:15 a.m. Monday, a man, 44, reported someone threw a rock at his home on Harris Street just after 1 a.m. causing damage to approximately two shingles.
About 10:15 a.m. Monday, police received a report of minor vehicle accident on North Franklin Street. A 1994 Plymouth Voyager operated by a woman, 48, ran into a 1980 Dodge pickup operated by a man, 44. The Plymouth suffered $5,000 damage; the Dodge, $500. There were no injuries.
About 10:40 a.m. Monday, a woman, 24, reported her unoccupied parked vehicle on South Franklin Street was struck by what appears to have been the door of another vehicle.
About 7:30 a.m. Monday, police received a report of a bear showing no signs of aggression at a trailer court on Mendenhall Loop Road.
Shortly after midnight Monday, police receive a report of a bear on Nancy Street.
About 10:30 p.m. Monday, police arrested a man, 45, on Franklin Street on an outstanding police warrant citing failure to appear. He was transported to the Lemon Creek Correctional Center.
Shortly before 3 a.m. today, police arrested a boy, 17, on Thane Road on an outstanding Juneau Alaska State Troopers warrant for failure to appear for arraignments, failure to pay a court-ordered fine and failure to comply with conditions of probation. He was transported to and lodged at Johnson Youth Center.
