Due to a reporting error, an article in Tuesday's Empire on a benefit slide show about Afghanistan incorrectly identified Deborah Marshall. Marshall is the founder and a board member of the Southeast Alaska Land Trust.
Due to incorrect information provided to the Empire, the name of Melissa McCormick's business was misspelled in Tuesday's Business Spotlight article about holiday window painting. The correct name is Creativation.
