Juneau police, fire officials and state troopers reported:

Driving while intoxicated:

• Raymund Seifert, 41, was arrested for drunken driving at 9:41 p.m. Thursday near South Franklin Street. He also was charged with refusal to submit to a breath test. He was lodged at the Lemon Creek Correctional Center.

• John Lincoln Freese, 55, was arrested for drunken driving at 12:45 a.m. today near Tongass Boulevard and Nancy Street. He was lodged at the state prison.

• Brett Lange, 40, was cited for drunken driving at 12:59 a.m. today near outbound Egan Drive and Channel Vista. Lange was cited and released at the scene.

Assaults:

• Police arrested a man, 58, for domestic violence assault at 8:44 p.m. Thursday downtown. The man was lodged at the state prison. Police believe alcohol was a factor.

Thefts:

• The door of a 1977 Camero was reported stolen at 7:13 p.m. Thursday near Crowhill Drive. The door is valued at $100.

• A green day pack containing camera equipment valued at $2,050 was reported stolen at 10:59 p.m. Thursday from a locked vehicle near Marine Way.

Vandalism and criminal mischief:

• A vehicle was reported egged and its windows spray-painted at 10:16 a.m. Thursday near Montgomery Street.

Vehicle accidents:

• Following a three-vehicle accident at 3:43 p.m. Thursday near the Egan Drive and Hospital Drive intersection, police cited a man, 47, with negligent driving. A Toyota truck driven by the man struck a Ford driven by a man, 38, which then hit a GMC truck driven by a man, 43. Minor injuries were reported and no one was taken to the hospital. The Toyota sustained $4,000 in damage, the Ford, $5,000, and the GMC $1,000.

Other:

• Police arrested a man, 64, on an outstanding Juneau police warrant at 1:17 p.m. Thursday near South Franklin Street. The warrant charges he failed to appear for a hearing. The original charge was disorderly conduct. He was lodged at the state prison.

• A man, 38, was arrested on an outstanding Juneau police warrant at 2:31 p.m. Thursday near Fourth Street. The warrant charged that he violated the conditions of his release. The original charge was harassment.
