Drunken driving:

At about 2:40 a.m. Wednesday, Lloyd David Lewin, 19, was arrested on a charge of drunken driving on Stikine Street. The vehicle was impounded, and he was lodged at Lemon Creek Correctional Center.
Interfering with police:
At about 1 a.m. Wednesday, a 25-year-old man was arrested on a charge of interfering with police on South Franklin Street. Police were responding to a report about disorderly conduct. The man was lodged at the state prison. Alcohol was involved.
Theft:
At about 9:20 a.m. Wednesday, a woman reported the theft of $81 in the 1000 block of Salmon Creek Lane.
Traffic accident:
At about 8:50 p.m. Tuesday, an 18-year-old man was cited on a charge of failure to exercise due care after driving his vehicle into a ditch in the 8400 block of Douglas Highway. A mailbox was damaged.
At about 1:40 a.m. Wednesday, a 15-year-old girl suffered minor injuries in an accident and was cited on charges of driving without a license and careless driving. A 2005 Jeep was totaled after she drove it off the side of Fish Creek Road.
Vandalism:
At about 11:40 p.m. Tuesday, a woman reported vandalism to the side window of her 2007 Subaru in the 400 block of Willoughby Avenue.
