• On Dec. 1, 2009, a son, Finnley Joseph Willis, weighing 7 pounds, 12 ounces, to Erin Kathleen and Wilbur Joseph Willis, of Petersburg.

• On Dec. 2, 2009, a daughter, Addisen Eva Alt-Murphy, weighing 7 pounds, 14 ounces, to Aubrey Gayle Alt, of Juneau.

Court records show the following legal actions among those taken recently in Juneau Superior and District courts.


• Brandon Hoff, 34, was found guilty of driving while intoxicated, stemming from an Nov. 28, 2009, incident in which his blood-alcohol content was measured at .184 percent. Magistrate John W. Sivertsen Jr. imposed 46 days in jail with 40 days suspended, fined Hoff $3,000 with $1,500 suspended, revoked his license for 90 days and put him on probation for 18 months.
