FAIRBANKS - Three Alaska men have been indicted on robbery and drug charges after a shootout last October at a Fairbanks motel.
A Fairbanks grand jury indicted 21-year-old Bradley Smith, 19-year-old Willie Graham and 26-year-old Daniel McKinney.
The charges of first-degree robbery and third-degree drugs misconduct carry a maximum combined sentence of 30 years in prison.
Three people, including Graham and McKinney, were injured in the shooting, which Fairbanks police called a "drug deal gone bad."
