Anchorage convict accused of raping homeless men

Posted: Sunday, December 13, 2009

ANCHORAGE - Police say a convicted sex offender would lure homeless men who were smaller than him into his home, get them drunk and rape them.

The Anchorage Daily News reports 51-year-old Kelvin Norris was arrested Thursday and accused of raping four adult men in the past year.

Norris was previously convicted of sexual assault in 1994 in Palmer and sentenced to six years.

He's held on $200,000 bail.
