Juneau police, fire officials and state troopers reported:


A man, 32, was cited twice for larceny and released about 10 a.m. Wednesday at Duck Creek Market.

Vandalism and criminal mischief:

A tire was flattened on a vehicle on McGinnis Drive on Tuesday night.

Vehicle accidents:

A woman, 63, was cited for failure to yield after a stop following an accident about 11:30 a.m. Wednesday at Glacier Highway near Fritz Cove. The woman's car had $1,500 damage. A car driven by a woman, 30, had $3,500 damage.


A man, 37, was arrested about 3 p.m. Wednesday on North Franklin Street on two outstanding Juneau state trooper warrants for failure to comply with conditions of probation. He was lodged at the Lemon Creek Correctional Center.

A woman, 23, was arrested about 5:15 p.m. Wednesday at Bartlett Regional hospital on an outstanding Juneau state troopers warrant for failure to pay fines. She was lodged at state prison.

A woman, 43, was arrested about 10:30 p.m. Wednesday at Switzer Village Mobile Home Park on an outstanding Juneau police warrant for failure to comply with conditions of probation. She was lodged at state prison.

A small gold ring was turned in to the police about 4:15 p.m. Wednesday from Costco.

Responding to the rumor Wednesday night that a state ferry was in distress, ferry officials and the Coast Guard contacted all of the ferries. They were OK, and the Coast Guard did not receive any radio distress calls from other vessels.
