Shame on you Juneau Empire for printing such a one-sided article last week regarding Curtis McQueen and McQueen Motors. I for one am completely in favor of our right to free speech, but the party making the accusation didn't even have the guts to state their real names. Curtis has not been charged with anything nor convicted, so the way I see it, he is innocent until proven guilty. I have known the McQueens for several years and I can attest to the fact that they are honest and hard-working people. Come on, Juneau, show your support for the McQueens. If you are in the market for a used car, shop at McQueen Motors first. And as for the Juneau Empire, I look forward to reading an article in the future about Curtis being vindicated of all accusations.

Juneau is a great place to live. I lost my keys somewhere downtown in the middle of snow. After searching for over an hour I finally gave up, but it all ended well as some kind Juneau person took the keys to Foodland A&P, where they identified me by the bar code on the airlines miles tag. Whoever you are, thank you for being so kind and so clever. Happy Holidays!

I just went to the Juneau Mendenhall River school and I wanted to let you know that we have snotty, rude people in this town. I tried to get out of the parking lot, got in line with everybody else but nobody would let me out and I finally had to cut somebody off. That person wasn't too pleased with me. Nobody wants to be nice to anybody. Also, while I'm on the subject, the left-hand, fast lane on the road should be known as the passing lane not a lane you just cruise. The polite thing is to pass a car and move to the right lane.
