• On Nov. 28, 2006, a daughter, Ivy Laura Gilmore, weighing 6 pounds 11 ounces, to Danae Rachelle Gilmore and Benjamin Lawrence Gilmore of Juneau.

• On Nov. 29, 2006, a son, Noah William Jo Pemberton, weighing 6 pounds 8 ounces, to Sarah Renee Pemberton and Billy Jo Pemberton of Juneau.

Courts

Court records show the following legal actions among those taken recently in Juneau Superior and District courts.

Judgments:

• James Ashenfelter, 27, was found guilty of driving while intoxicated, stemming from a Dec. 29, 2005, incident from which his blood-alcohol level was measured at .254 percent. Juneau Magistrate John W. Sivertsen Jr., imposed 6 days in jail with 44 days suspended, ordered Ashenfelter to pay $3,000 with $1,500 suspended, revoked his license for 90 days and placed him on probation for two years.

• Olan Beaird, 26, was found guilty of driving while under the influence, stemming from an Sept. 17, 2006, incident from which his blood-alcohol level was measured at .113 percent. Juneau District Court Judge Keith B. Levy, imposed 5 days in jail with 55 days suspended, ordered Beaird to pay $1,500 with none suspended, revoked his license for 90 days and placed him on probation for two years.

• Robert Montag, was found guilty of driving while under the influence, stemming from an Nov. 3, 2006, incident from which his blood-alcohol level was measured at .311 percent. Levy, imposed 20 days in jail with 50 days suspended, ordered Montag to pay $3,000 with none suspended, revoked his license for one year and placed him on probation for three years.

• Michael Needham, 53, was found guilty of driving while under the influence, stemming from an Nov. 5, 2006, incident from which his blood-alcohol level was measured at .241 percent. Levy, imposed 120 days in jail with 120 days suspended, ordered Needham to pay $5,000 with none suspended, revoked his license for five years and placed him on probation for three years.
