• On Nov. 29, 2004, a daughter, Rose Marie Elise Duran, weighing 8 pounds 3 ounces, to Toni Mae Duran and Elias Duran of Juneau.

• On Nov. 30, 2004, a daughter, Marissa Ann Love, weighing 7 pounds 11 ounces, to Michelle Rene Love and Matthew Jay Love of Juneau.

• On Dec. 1, 2004, a son, Keehan Kristopher Lee, weighing 8 pounds 1 ounce, to Alicia Marie Dunning and Jeremy Wayne Lee of Juneau.

Court records show the following legal actions among those taken recently in Juneau Superior and District courts.

• Roberto F. Larrazolo, 43, was indicted by a grand jury on felony charges of driving under the influence and refusing to submit to a chemical test, stemming from a Dec. 3 incident.

• Edward A. Schauwecker, 39, was indicted by a grand jury on a felony charge of fourth-degree misconduct involving a controlled substance, stemming from alleged events of Dec. 1 involving an unspecified drug. The indictment also charged Schauwecker the two misdemeanors - fourth-degree assault and disorderly conduct.

• Jonathan H. Stetson, 47, was indicted by a grand jury on felony charges of interfering with official proceedings and first-degree tampering with a witness, stemming from allegations that in November or early December he attempted to influence a witness in a proceeding involving a felony charge against him. The other felony case involves a charge of fourth-degree misconduct involving a controlled substance.

• Malcolm D. Tullis, 22, was indicted by a grand jury on a felony charge of third-degree criminal mischief, stemming from a Dec. 1 incident.


• Charles D. Willis, 32, was found guilty of felony driving under the influence, stemming from a Sept. 5 incident. Juneau Superior Court Judge Larry Weeks permanently revoked his driver's license. Weeks also imposed 140 days in jail, with the rest of a two-year jail sentence suspended. Weeks also suspended a $10,000, placed Willis on probation for three years. Willis' blood-alcohol level was not available.
