Oregon auto company buys dealership

FAIRBANKS - The Kendall Automotive Group of Eugene, Ore., has purchased the Auto Service Company in Fairbanks.

The dealership has 60 employees and sells Toyotas, Hondas, Subarus and Mazdas. John Hill, whose family owned the business for 52 years will become a director of the Kendall Group.

The Fairbanks Daily News-Miner reported Kendall also owns a Ford dealership in Wasilla and two dealerships in Anchorage that sell Land Rovers and Toyotas, and other dealerships in the Northwest.
