Juneau police, fire officials and state troopers reported:
Driving while intoxicated:
Brian George Deraimer, 32, was arrested for drunken driving at 9:14 p.m. Wednesday near North Douglas Highway. He was arrested after the Mazda truck he was driving was involved in a one-vehicle accident. He was lodged at the Lemon Creek Correctional Center.
Assaults:
Police arrested a man, 29, for disorderly conduct at 10:58 p.m. Wednesday in the Mendenhall Valley. He also was charged with resisting arrest and domestic violence assault. He was lodged at the state prison. Police believe alcohol was a factor.
Thefts:
Two pairs of sunglasses were reported stolen at 8:08 a.m. Wednesday from an unlocked vehicle near Killewich Drive.
Police arrested a Haines woman, 47, for larceny at 10:31 a.m. Wednesday near West Willoughby Avenue. She was lodged at the state prison.
A boy, 17, was arrested for concealing merchandise at 12:09 p.m. Wednesday near West Willoughby Avenue. He was taken to Juneau Youth Services.
A blue wheelbarrow, valued at $75, was reported stolen at 12:53 p.m. Wednesday near Glacier Highway. The wheelbarrow was stolen in the last two months.
Vandalism and criminal mischief:
Four radial tires, valued at $571, were reported damaged at 5:45 a.m. today near Douglas Highway.
Vehicle accidents:
Police cited a boy, 16, for speeding, following a one-vehicle accident at 8:33 p.m. Wednesday near outbound Egan Drive and the Yacht Club. The boy's Chrysler struck a guardrail. Damage was estimated at $4,000.
No one was injured during a one-vehicle accident at 1:52 a.m. today near Mount Roberts Road. A 1987 Honda, driven by a man, 19, slid from the road and went into a ditch. The Honda sustained $1,000 in damage.
