Darrin Zeer, author of "Office Spa: Stress Relief for the Working Week" (Chronicle Books, $9.95) suggests cooling off by taking a walk. A quick walk around the block can help relieve tension, says Zeer. Or, if you can't go outside to get some relief, Zeer suggests walking slowly around your office area, focusing on each step. Doing so will alleviate stress and leave you feeling energized, he says.
