Mayor, SEACC need to explain themselves

No matter how much the Southeast Alaska Conservation Council and the mayor rationalize what was said and done in the secret negotiations for Cascade Point, no Native was present when they were making decisions for Native lands. While I can appreciate the need for Coeur Alaska to move this project forward into production, I am waiting for the mayor and SEACC to explain their actions.
