Tom Chapin of the King County Medical Examiner's office in Washington state told Ketchikan Police that 11-year-old Alyssa Joy Credito died Wednesday afternoon.
The girl had been flown to Seattle's Harborview Medical Center, and was later transferred to Children's Hospital.
Three of Alyssa's siblings also died, probably from smoke inhalation. A third brother, and the children's mother, were not at home at the time of the fire.
All six lived on the third floor of the home.
An investigation determined that unattended cooking of food in grease caused the fire in a second floor kitchen.
