• On Dec. 7, 2009, a son, Timothy Lee Smith, weighing 6 pounds, 12 ounces, to Sherri Lynn Maust, of Haines.

• On Dec. 7, 2009, a son, Jason Issac Charles, weighing 9 pounds, 1 ounce, to Bettina Isabel Charles, of Juneau.

Courts

Court records show the following legal actions among those taken recently in Juneau Superior and District courts.

Judgments:

• Kristine Moore, 29, was found guilty of drivng while intoxicated, stemming from an April 3, 2009, incident in which no blood-alcohol content was availble. Magistrate John W. Sivertsen Jr. imposed 90 days in jail with 64 days suspended, fined Moore $5,000 with $2,000 suspended, revoked her license for one year and put her on probation for three years.

• Delmont Martinson, 71, was found guilty of drivng under the influence, stemming from a July 19, 2009, incident in which his blood-alcohol content was measured at .294 percent. Sivertsen imposed 30 days in jail with 27 days suspended, fined Martinson $3,000 with $1,500 suspended, revoked his license for 90 days and put him on probation for one year.

• Eric W. Cole, 39, was found guilty of drivng while intoxicated, stemming from an Aug. 21, 2009, incident in which no blood-alcohol content was available. Sivertsen imposed 33 days in jail with 30 days suspended, fined Cole $3,000 with $1,500 suspended, revoked his license for 90 days and put him on probation for 18 months.

• David A. Galloway, 56, was found guilty of drivng while intoxicated, stemming from a Dec. 9, 2009, incident in which his blood-alcohol content was measured at .248 percent. Sivertsen imposed 60 days in jail with 54 days suspended, fined Galloway $3,000 with $1,500 suspended, revoked his license for 90 days and put him on probation for two years.
