Dzantik'i Heeni staff were given a pizza party courtesy of Bullwinkle's Pizza Parlor and the winning United Way teddy bear, made by local artisan Vicki Perez.

The 12-inch bear is made from cocoa brown mohair and has positionable arms and legs and head. Perez donated it to United Way for the purpose of awarding the school with the highest participation in the United Way Campaign.

Honorable mention went to the staff at Juneau-Douglas High School for their significant financial contribution. The Juneau School District increased their donations to United Way eight-fold from last year.
