Josephine Rhyner stands patiently with a couple of packages in line Thursday at the downtown post office in the Federal Building. Rhyner is shipping out gifts for her family in Washington. Andrea Aceveda, the lead associate of the U.S. Postal Service, said that packages shipped Friday or Saturday still have a chance to make it before Christmas depending on where they're going. Aceveda said Express Mail can be delivered on Christmas.
