• On Nov. 28, 2007, a son, Karsen Gene Walker, weighing 7 pounds, 12 ounces, to Amanda Lynn Maus and Kevin Michael Walker, of Juneau.

• On Dec. 9, 2007, a son, Warren Ronald Koski, weighing 8 pounds, 15 ounces, to Heidi Jo and Travis Ronald Koski, of Juneau.

• On Dec. 10, 2007, a daughter, Daisy Marie Montero, weighing 8 pounds, 15 ounces, to Christy Lee and George Lum Montero, of Juneau.

Courts

Court records show the following legal actions among those taken recently in Juneau Superior and District courts.

Judgments:

• Michael Lipin, 25, was found guilty of driving while intoxicated, stemming from an incident in which his blood-alcohol content was measured at .135 percent. Judge Keith B. Levy imposed 33 days in jail with 30 days suspended, fined Lipin $3,000 with $1,500 suspended, revoked his license for 90 days and put him on probation for 18 months.

• Phillip Sohn, 50, was found guilty of driving while intoxicated, stemming from an Oct. 17 incident in which his blood-alcohol content was measured at .219 percent. Levy imposed 60 days in jail with 54 days suspended, fined Sohn $3,000 with $1,500 suspended, revoked his license for 90 days and put him on probation for two years.

• Patti Heppner, 44, was found guilty of driving under the influence, stemming from a June 6 incident in which her blood-alcohol content was measured at .237 percent. Levy imposed 40 days in jail with 30 days suspended, fined Heppner $3,000 with $1,500 suspended, revoked her license for 90 days and put her on probation for two years.

• John Smith III, 38, was found guilty of driving under the influence, stemming from a July 21 incident in which his blood-alcohol content was measured at .082 percent. Levy imposed 60 days in jail with 40 days suspended, fined Smith $3,000 with none suspended and put him on probation for one year.

• David Admire, 48, was found guilty of driving under the influence, stemming from an Aug. 5 incident in which his blood-alcohol content was measured at .311 percent. Levy imposed 280 days in jail with 260 days suspended, fined Admire $3,000 with $1,500 suspended, revoked his license for 90 days and put him on probation for three years.

• John Katzeek, 58, was found guilty of driving under the influence, stemming from a Sept. 14 incident in which no blood-alcohol content was available. Levy imposed 45 days in jail with 41 days suspended, fined Katzeek $3,000 with $1,500 suspended, revoked his license for 90 days and put him on probation for one year.

• Amber Weedman, 26, was found guilty of driving under the influence, stemming from a Sept. 21 incident in which her blood-alcohol content was measured at .266 percent. Levy imposed 125 days in jail with 100 days suspended, fined Weedman $3,000 with none suspended, revoked her license for one year and put her on probation for two years.
