Recent births at Bartlett Regional Hospital:

• On Dec. 9, 2008, a son, Ryan Murlin Elisoff, weighing 7 pounds, 4 ounces, to Kristina Ann Benson and James Remington Elisoff, of Juneau.

• On Dec. 6, 2008, a son, Michael Howard Northern, weighing 7 pounds, 13 ounces, to Jenna Yoo Hwa Miller and Michael Howard Northern, of Juneau.

• On Dec. 10, 2008, a daughter, Uini Amelia Piukala, weighing 9 pounds, 13 ounces, to Jessica Lynn and Maika Piukala, of Juneau.

Courts

Court records show the following legal actions among those taken recently in Juneau Superior and District courts.

Judgments:

• Sonya Taton, 32, was found guilty of driving under the influence, stemming from an April 13, 2008, incident in which her blood-alcohol content was measured at .136 percent. District Court Judge Keith B. Levy imposed 365 days in jail with 180 days suspended, fined Taton $3,000 with none suspended, revoked her license for one year and put her on probation for five years.

• Leonardo Novoa-Adasme, 46, was found guilty of driving while intoxicated, stemming from an Aug. 2, 2008, incident in which his blood-alcohol content was measured at .212 percent. Magistrate John W. Sivertsen Jr. imposed 46 days in jail with 40 days suspended, fined Novoa-Adasme $3,000 with $1,500 suspended, revoked his license for 90 days and put him on probation for two years.

• Steven N. Squires, 32, was found guilty of driving while intoxicated, stemming from an Aug. 8, 2008, incident in which his blood-alcohol content was measured at .129 percent. Sivertsen imposed 33 days in jail with 30 days suspended, fined Squires $3,000 with $1,500 suspended, revoked his license for 90 days and put him on probation for 18 months.

• Dwight Vuille, 21, was found guilty of driving under the influence, stemming from an Aug. 31, 2008, incident in which his blood-alcohol content was measured at .130 percent. Sivertsen imposed 120 days in jail with 95 days suspended, fined Vuille $3,000 with none suspended, revoked his license for one year and put him on probation for three years.

• Nicholas Mooney, 29, was found guilty of driving while intoxicated, stemming from a Sept. 11, 2008, incident in which his blood-alcohol content was measured at .122 percent. Sivertsen imposed 33 days in jail with 30 days suspended, fined Mooney $3,000 with $1,500 suspended, revoked his license for 90 days and put him on probation for 18 months.

• William Jim, 21, was found guilty of driving while intoxicated, stemming from an Oct. 15, 2008, incident in which his blood-alcohol content was measured at .110 percent. Levy imposed 33 days in jail with 30 days suspended, fined Jim $3,000 with $1,500 suspended, revoked his license for 90 days and put him on probation for 18 months.

• Ricardo Pena, 21, was found guilty of driving while intoxicated, stemming from a Nov. 1, 2008, incident in which his blood-alcohol content was measured at .142 percent. Sivertsen imposed 33 days in jail with 30 days suspended, fined Pena $3,000 with $1,500 suspended, revoked his license for 90 days and put him on probation for 18 months.

• Zack Williams, 24, was found guilty of driving while intoxicated, stemming from a Nov. 6, 2008, incident in which his blood-alcohol content was measured at .186 percent. Sivertsen imposed 46 days in jail with 40 days suspended, fined Williams $3,000 with $1,500 suspended, revoked his license for 90 days and put him on probation for two years.

• David Alley, 39, was found guilty of driving while intoxicated, stemming from a Nov. 15, 2008, incident in which his blood-alcohol content was measured at .172 percent. Levy imposed 46 days in jail with 40 days suspended, fined Alley $3,000 with $1,500 suspended, revoked his license for 90 days and put him on probation for 18 months.

• Jessica Gray, 22, was found guilty of driving while intoxicated, stemming from an Nov. 23, 2008, incident in which her blood-alcohol content was measured at .246 percent. Sivertsen imposed 46 days in jail with 40 days suspended, fined Gray $3,000 with $1,500 suspended, revoked her license for 90 days and put her on probation for two years.

• Brenda J. Gallant, 28, was found guilty of driving while intoxicated, stemming from an Nov. 28, 2008, incident in which her blood-alcohol content was measured at .151 percent. Levy imposed 90 days in jail with 70 days suspended, fined Gallant $6,000 with $3,000 suspended and revoked her license for 90 days.
