Juneau police, fire officials and state troopers reported:

Drunken driving:

• Police arrested Kyle Monti, 20, on a charge of drunken driving at 9:15 p.m. Monday in the 3500 block of Mendenhall Loop Road. Police lodged him at the Lemon Creek Correctional Center. Police also cited Monti on a charge of underage drinking.

• Police arrested Cary Shilts on a charge of drunken driving at 11:08 p.m. Monday in the 9100 block of Mendenhall Mall Road. They also cited him on a charge of driving without a valid license and released him.

Domestic dispute:

• Troopers received a report of domestic violence assault at 1:30 p.m. Sunday in Angoon. A woman, 25 was allegedly assaulted by her live-in boyfriend.


• Police arrested a man, 22, on a shoplifting charge at 12:37 p.m. Monday in the 9100 block of Mendenhall Mall Road. They lodged him at the state prison.

• At 4:06 p.m. Monday, about 50 gallons of gasoline was reported stolen during the weekend from a boat in Aurora Harbor.

• At 10:24 p.m. Monday, a mountain bike was reported stolen from the 1800 block of Northwood Drive in the Lemon Creek area.

• A Christmas movie projector was reported stolen at 5:37 a.m. Tuesday in the 8400 block of Duran Street in the Mendenhall Valley.

• A mechanical yard deer used as a Christmas decoration was reported stolen at 8:35 a.m. Tuesday in the 8800 block of Glendale Street in the Valley.


• At 7:13 a.m. Tuesday, vandalism was reported to Christmas decorations in the 4400 block of Mint Way.


• At 6:06 a.m. Tuesday, Capital City Fire and Rescue extinguished a vehicle fire in the 9300 block of Glacier Highway near the airport. Upon arrival, they found the fire in the engine compartment of a Jeep. After putting it out, they determined the Jeep was totaled. The cause was undetermined.
