3 new Mat-Su schools planned

ANCHORAGE — Matanuska-Susitna Borough planners are looking for sites for three new schools at Wasilla.

KTUU reports one would be for a new junior-senior high school, one would replace Iditarod Elementary — one of the district’s oldest schools — and one would create a permanent home for Mat-Su Day School, which is currently held in portable classrooms.
