Dance Workshop lead by Anthony Manuel begins today, runs through Dec. 30. Low intermediate level: 4:30-6 p.m.; high intermediate level: 6:30-8 p.m. Juneau Dance Unlimited Studio, corner of 4th and Seward.

Gastineau Moonlight Climb starts at 5 p.m. at location to be announced. Technical gear required includes snowshoes and a head lamp. This is a medium-energy hike which lasts three to four hours. Trip leader, Bill Forrest, 789-3008.
