Judgments

• Andrew P. Gray, 27, was found guilty of third-degree theft of computer service stemming from an incident on Nov. 25.

Hoonah District Court Magistrate Joyce Skaflestad fined him $250 with $150 suspended and imposed 10 days in jail with all suspended. He was placed on probation for one year.

• Jason D. Aceveda, 24, was found guilty of disorderly conduct stemming from an incident on Nov. 27.

Skaflestad fined him $250 and imposed 10 days in jail.

Charges of fourth-degree assault and second-degree criminal trespass were dismissed.

• Jayson L. Bitterman, 34, was found guilty of disorderly conduct stemming from an incident on Nov. 27.

Skaflestad fined him $250 and imposed 10 days in jail.

Charges of fourth-degree assault and second-degree criminal trespass were dismissed.

• Alfred A. Devivi III, 33, was found guilty of fourth-degree assault stemming from an incident on Dec. 19. Skaflestad imposed 120 days in jail with 30 suspended, ordered counseling, and placed him on probation for one year.

• Gary M. Brown Jr., 23, was found guilty of fourth-degree theft of computer services stemming from an incident on Nov. 25. Skaflestad fined him $250 with $150 suspended and imposed 10 days in jail with all suspended. He was placed on probation for one year.

• Moises C.Contreras Jr., 20, was found guilty of third-degree theft of computer services stemming from an incident on Nov. 25.

Skaflestad fined him $250 with $150 suspended and imposed 10 days in jail with all suspended. He was placed on probation for one year.

• Scott E. Dybdahl, 20, was found guilty of third-degree theft of computer services stemming from an incident on Nov. 25.

Skaflestad suspended imposition of a sentence. He was placed on probation for one year.

• Katherine Torrence, 27, was found guilty of drunken driving stemming from an incident on Sept. 2.

Juneau District Court Magistrate John W. Sivertsen Jr. fined her $3,000 with $2,000 suspended, imposed 333 days in jail with 30 suspended, revoked driver's license for 90 days, required screening for treatment and placed her on probation for one year.

A charge of sixth-degree drug misconduct was dismissed.

• Angela Decker, 31, was found guilty of misdemeanor assault stemming from an incident on Sept. 11.

Sivertsen fined her $750 with $250 suspended, imposed 60 days in jail with all suspended, and placed her on probation for two years.

Decker was found guilty of violating conditions of release stemming from an incident on Sept. 12.

Sivertsen fined her $500 with $250 suspended, imposed 30 days in jail with all suspended, and placed her on probation for two years.

• Adrian Paige, 30, was indicted by a Juneau grand jury on one count each of second-degree robbery, first-degree burglary, second-degree theft and fourth-degree assault stemming from an alleged incident on Oct. 25.

• Mickey D. Jones, 23, was indicted by a Juneau grand jury on one count each of first-degree vehicle theft, felony driving under the influence and driving with a revoked license stemming from an alleged incident on Nov. 24.

• Reuben Borbon, 30, was sentenced by Juneau Superior Court Judge Larry Weeks to six months in jail for violating probation. The original offense was criminal mischief in 2001. Borbon also was placed on five years' probation and required to pay $4,312 in restitution.

• Florence A. Wright, 28, was indicted by a Juneau grand jury on three counts of second-degree forgery and three counts of second-degree theft stemming from an alleged incident on Nov. 26 in Hoonah.

• Donald J. Chase, 45, was indicted by a Juneau grand jury on one count of first-degree sexual abuse of a minor stemming from an alleged incident in December 1995.

• Michael L. Roberts, 35, was indicted by a Juneau grand jury on four counts of second-degree sexual abuse of a minor stemming from an alleged incident in May.

• Kevin R. White, 43, was found guilty of drunken driving stemming from an incident on Oct. 25.

Sivertsen fined him $3,000 with $1,500 suspended, imposed 60 days in jail with 50 suspended, revoked driver's license for 90 days, required screening for treatment, and placed him on probation for two years.

A charge of reckless endangerment was dismissed.

• Ellin M. McGonegal, 31, was found guilty of misdemeanor assault stemming from an incident on Sept. 22.

Sivertsen fined her $1,000 with $800 suspended, imposed 40 days in jail with 35 suspended, required screening for treatment, and placed her on probation for two years.

McGonegal also was found guilty of failing to appear in court and was sentenced to five days in jail.

• Todd Lee Pollow, 32, was found guilty of second-degree sexual abuse of a minor stemming from an incident in January 2001.

Weeks imposed four years in prison with two years suspended for four years of probation. Pollow must register as a sex offender.

• Scott Higgins, 39, was found guilty of first-degree criminal trespass, a misdemeanor, stemming from an incident on Aug. 21. He was charged originally with first-degree burglary, a felony.

Juneau Superior Court Judge Patricia Collins imposed one year in prison.

Higgins also was found guilty of third-degree theft. Collins imposed a sentence of 180 days with all suspended, screening for treatment, and placed him on probation for one year.

• Trevor Shakespeare, 21, was indicted by a Juneau grand jury on two counts of third-degree assault and one count each of reckless endangerment and fourth-degree weapon misconduct stemming from an alleged incident on Aug. 4.

• Delbert Martin, 52, was indicted by a Juneau grand jury on one count each of second-degree theft and 14 counts of unsworn falsification stemming from alleged incidents from December 2000 to June 2001.
