Juneau police, fire officials and state troopers reported:

Sound off on the important issues at

Bear complaint:

• A bear cub was reported at 2:30 p.m. Monday near the 2700 block of Roger Street.

Vehicle accident:

• A silver 1999 Ford struck a white Nissan, which slid into a red 2005 Chevrolet at 9:01 p.m. Monday on Sundown Drive. Total damage was estimated at $1,200.

• A 43-year-old woman reported at 7:36 a.m. Tuesday that her 1993 Subaru Legacy was struck near the 11800 block of Glacier Highway by an older dark-colored truck driven by an unknown male subject.

Violating conditions of release:

• A 19-year-old woman was arrested at 5:45 p.m. Monday near the 3400 block of Foster Avenue and charged with violating the conditions of her release. She was lodged at Lemon Creek Correctional Center.
