Do environmentalists keep their PFDs?

I would like to know how many resident environmentalists who maintain the opinion that we should not drill for oil in the Arctic National Wildlife Refuge and the North Slope returned their portion of the Alaska Permanent Fund dividend they received? I am willing to be that not one environmentalist did. Somewhat hypocritical, don't you think?
