Man sentenced in Juneau DUI case

JUNEAU - A 31-year-old Juneau man has been sentenced to eight months in jail on a drunk driving conviction.

Robert Riggs Jr. was sentenced after pleading guilty this week to one count of felony drunk driving.

Riggs also must pay $10,000 in fines and serve a three-year probation. He was arrested Nov. 30. Alaska State Troopers say Riggs' blood alcohol content at the time was almost four times the legal limit of .08.
