KENAI - A Kenai man has been charged with manslaughter.

Twenty-five-year-old Raymond Tepp is charged with allegedly causing the death of a Sterling man earlier this year who died of injuries following a car accident.

Nineteen-year-old Ryan Sholin was a passenger in Tepp's car in late April when Tepp lost control and the car left the roadway and hit an equipment trailer. Sholin died in May.

Tepp now faces charges of driving under the influence and reckless driving, in addition to the manslaughter charge. Tepp has pleaded not guilty.

The trial is scheduled for March.
