Authorities look for Fairbanks fugitive

ANCHORAGE - A manhunt is under way for a 27-year-old man wanted out of Fairbanks.
The Alaska Fugitive Task Force is looking for Joseph Brandon Heard for failure to appear in court on a probation violation for a sexual assault conviction.
Heard is 6 feet 3 inches tall and weighs 265 pounds.
He has red hair, green eyes, a scar on his left arm and tattoos on his left shoulder and left arm.
