Driving while intoxicated:
About 2 a.m. today, Allan Pearce, 23, was arrested for drunken driving and also charged with driving on a non-comply status. He was transported to the Lemon Creek Correctional Center and the vehicle was impounded.
About 8:15 p.m. Thursday, a man, 47, was arrested on Egan Drive on an outstanding Juneau Police warrant for failure to appear for a status hearing on an original charge of failure to appear, disorderly conduct and assault. He was transported to and lodged at state prison.
Shortly before 9 p.m. Thursday, police officers located and arrested a man, 24, at Switzer Village trailer park for an outstanding $5,000 felony Juneau Alaska State Troopers warrant. Three other males (19, 18 and 17 years old), were cited for minor consuming of alcohol and released.
About 1:30 p.m. Thursday, a man, 32, advised that a Cobra radar detector ($125) and a pewter guardian angel pin ($100) were stolen from his unlocked vehicle at Churchill Trailer Park.
About 4:30 p.m. Thursday, a man, 66, reported approximately $1,800 of painting equipment stolen from his locked truck on Jerry Street.
About 6:30 a.m. today, the Juneau Police Department received a report of a stolen compact disk car stereo from Northwood Drive.
Vandalism and criminal mischief:
About 8 a.m. Thursday, a man, 52, reported his 1994 Ford pickup vandalized during the night on Glacier Highway. Two tires were slashed between 10 p.m. Wednesday and 7 a.m. Thursday.
About 8:45 a.m. Thursday, a woman (no age given) reported her vehicle in Switzer Village rifled during the night. Nothing was stolen.
About 10:15 a.m. Thursday, a man, 59, reported a tire on his 1998 Jeep Cherokee slashed on Sunset Street during the night.
About 3:30 p.m. Thursday, a man, 51, reported the tire of his station wagon had been cut with a knife on Glacier Highway. Estimated replacement value was $100.
Capital City Fire & Rescue responded shortly before 4 a.m. today to a single-vehicle accident in the SuperBear market parking lot. A male passenger, 24, had to be extricated and then transported to Bartlett Regional Hospital. He complained of back pain. He suffered a soft tissue injury to his right hand, and was discharged home in good condition. The Juneau Police Department had responded to Mendenhall Mall Road about 3:30 a.m. after a report of a vehicle spinning circles. By the time they arrived, the car had turned over. The driver, a man, 22, was issued a summons to answer to the charges of reckless driving and reckless endangerment after causing his vehicle to roll over and his passenger to suffer injury. Alcohol was not involved.
