Juneau police, fire officials and state troopers reported:

Drunken driving:

• Police arrested 19-year-old Tristan Skelton at 3:39 a.m. Wednesday on a charge of drunken driving on Central Avenue near Pine Street in the Lemon Creek area. They also charged him with driving without a license. Officers lodged him at the Lemon Creek Correctional Center and impounded the vehicle he was driving.


• A canvas purse was reported stolen at 6:21 p.m. Tuesday from an office in the 300 block of Willoughby Avenue downtown.

• Blank checks were reported stolen at 6:50 p.m. Tuesday from the 800 block of West 12th Street downtown.

• A tanzanite necklace, two rings, a tennis bracelet and a silver Native carved bracelet were reported stolen at 10:24 a.m. Wednesday in the 8400 block of Thunder Mountain Road. The loss was estimated at $1,800.

• A Nikon camera, two lenses, a camcorder, sunglasses and several DVDs and CDs were reported stolen at 11:31 a.m. Wednesday from an unlocked 2001 Dodge Neon in the 2100 block of Lawson Creek Road in the Douglas area.


• Police responding to a shoplifting report cited an 11-year-old boy on a charge of concealing merchandise at 7:57 p.m. Tuesday in the 600 block of Willoughby Avenue.


• An inflatable Christmas tree was reported at 12:09 p.m. Tuesday to have been cut up in several places in the 9300 block of Long Run Drive in the Mendenhall Valley.

Vehicle accident:

• Police cited a 30-year-old woman on a charge alleging she made an unsafe lane change leading to a two-vehicle accident at 8:42 p.m. Tuesday in the 500 block of Egan Drive downtown. The woman was driving a 1992 Subaru that collided with a 1998 Chevrolet truck driven by a 24-year-old woman. No injuries were reported. Total damage was estimated at $500.
