Lisa Murkowski a good choice

are people bickering about Frank's choice for U.S. senator? Is it because Lisa Murkowski isn't a big enough conservative for many of you folks? Is it because you think Frank chose Lisa because she is his daughter? It doesn't matter if she is his daughter, it matters how she will be effective for Alaska. Frank definitely sees this. Our new senator votes with a conscience, not by party. She has shown this in her two terms of representing us Alaskans in the state Legislature. That is a darn good quality about her, and if you don't agree with me then we have two years to kick in someone who will vote strictly with the ultra-conservative agenda. And just because Frank didn't appoint someone who has a more conservative voting record, we should respect the decision of the conservative governor who we voted for. At least Sen. Murkowski and her politically moderate ideas will not be a rubber stamp to all those conservatives down in Washington. Until Sen. Murkowski has proved she was a bad choice, please don't bicker about Frank's choice for a young and smart person to fill his Senate seat, who happens to be his daughter.
